Our Products
Conventional Programs
These programs are structured for owner-occupied real estate and stabilized investment properties. Borrow up to $100 million for mobile home parks, multifamily housing units, self-storage facilities and industrial properties.
Equity and Mezzanine Financing
Investors with strong capital sources and high net worth may qualify for $5 million to over $100 million in financing. We customize this financing to each client’s individual needs.
CMBS Loans
Borrow up to $50 million through our Commercial Mortgage Backed Securities program. Investors purchase issued bonds from a trust created by securitizing pooled properties.
HUD and FHA Lending
This product funds the rehabilitation, construction or acquisition of senior housing, medical facilities and multifamily housing. The terms include:
- Up to $50 million in funding
- Non-recourse loans
- Full amortization
- Low, fixed interest rates
Construction Financing
Principles with prior equity experience may qualify for $10 million to over $100 million in permanent financing for construction projects.
International Financing
We offer over $50 million in financing for qualified borrowers to cover international commercial real estate transactions. Our team has extensive experience in the Eurasian and European markets.
Bridge Loans
Borrow up to $100 million with 80% LTV and interest-only amortization with our bridge loans and hard money loans. Interest rates are variable and are capped at 14%.
SBA 7a and 504 Programs
Our SBA loan programs offer terms up to 25 years and low, competitive rates. SBA loans can be used for franchise (flagged) hotels, office space, retail buildings, industrial properties, healthcare and medical facilities, self-storage, and many other property types.
